This super simple s’mores snack mix is made with just 3 ingredients. Mix it up and it’s ready to serve. No baking, no melting…seriously, just mix and serve. It’s the perfect, fun, sweet treat!

Sometimes, I am not my mother’s daughter.  I run late..a lot.  And I forget things.  Lots of things.  Things like when I’m in charge of bringing snacks for after church.

I’ll admit it’s gotten better since I’ve been paired with my niece.  She is much more like my mom.  Organized.  Totally on top of things.  She typically texts me during the week to ask what I’m bringing, which is usually my reminder that I’m on treat duty that Sunday. (Thanks, Steph!)

Quick S’mores Snack Mix

This super easy to put together s’more snack mix has been my go-to church snack on lots of oh-no-I-was-supposed-to-bring-treats Sunday mornings.  AND it’s been my choice on lots of I-didn’t-forget-but-I-don’t-want-to-bake-anything weeks, too.

What is easier than opening and mixing?

The ingredients:  1 bag of chocolate chips, 1 bag of mini-marshmallows, 1 box of Golden Grahams cereal.

That’s it!

Just mix and you’re ready to snack it up.

You can eat it by the handful, or take your time and make individual mini-s’mores like one of my young friends at church (there’s a chocolate chip in there too, you just can’t see it).

No baking, no melting needed to enjoy this sweet treat!

Someone else told me about that after they saw this snack mix. It looks yummy! The marshmallows and chocolate pieces are smaller than mixing it yourself, but would make for a sweet breakfast (or snack) for sure. 🙂
