7 FREE printable truths that are frugal with color. Encouraging words and Bible verses to plant truth in your heart that won’t break the bank in ink usage.

7 FREE printable truths that are frugal with color. Encouraging words and Bible verses to plant truth in your heart that won't break the bank in ink usage.

When I was in college, my roommate and I had a giant sign on our closet door that said, “ALL Things”.  And when we needed a little pick-me-up, we would play The Donut Man song and sing along with him, “I can do all things, all things, all things…I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, Philippians 4:13” while marching around our apartment.

I still like to have encouraging words hung up around the house.  And it’s nice to be able to change them every once in a while, which is why I like searching for free printables that I can use.

The problem is, it seems that when people are designing them, they don’t take into account the HUGE amount of ink that their beautiful designs take to print out.  Whole pages covered with saturated color.  Lovely on the computer, but not the pocketbook.

I love printing out Bible verses and other encouraging words, but don’t want to use so much ink!

I have found a few sites that have some fantastic designs available that don’t cost me an arm and a leg in ink.

You can find them here:

It’s not that everything has to be in just black and white.  A touch of color is nice, just not the whole page.

Am I the only one with this dilemma?

I’m going on the assumption that I’m not, so I’ve created several printables that you can download below for FREE!

I have mine hung on kitchen cabinets, framed in my guest bath, on various walls, and on doors.

I’m a firm believer that reminding ourselves of truths is an essential part of them really becoming planted in our hearts.  Whether it’s a framed print or handwritten on an index card, I have always had things stuck up on mirrors and above light switches.

I hope you enjoy these printable truths as much as I do.  Let me know which one is your favorite!

You’re absolutely right about the ink thing! I’ve also made some black and white, ones over on my blog including one (small amounts of colour) where I explore the Hebrew and Greek meanings behind all the references to joy in the Bible. It’s definitely my most popular post!

You are so welcome! I see so many things I’d like to print to use, but {yikes} the amount of ink turns me off. I figure if I was creating some, I might as well share them. So glad they blessed you. 🙂
